This is my first post. So let me explain what this blog is all about. It is to help share easy recipes and techniques for those of us that suffer from a chronic illness. I know how hard it is to have the energy to actually prepare things in the kitchen. So I would love for you to follow me on this journey of rediscovering my passion for cooking.

Let’s start with some easy prep ahead hints.

All good dishes start with a favorite trilogy of ingredients. For example these may include any of the following: Celery, Onions, Peppers, Garlic, Carrots and many different herbs. All of these can be cleaned well, chopped and placed in an airtight bag in the freezer. Then they are ready to go when you are.

Next week some simple recipes that will take little time to prepare and that taste great.
